BBQ Cauliflower Recipe

This is one thing I truly missed - the ranch, the bbq flavor, ommgggggggg. I definitely going to save this recipe in my back pocket for parties, cook outs and sport's games!
Check out the recipe below and let me know what you think!
Ingredients:
1 medium-sized head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
1 1/3 cup cassava flour
1 1/2 cup water, more if needed
BBQ sauce of choice (I used Noble Made Mustard BBQ)
Spices that you desire
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the cassava flour and water (this should be thick to coat the cauliflower like a breading). Add cauliflower to the bowl and toss until coated evenly.
Use tongs or a fork to transfer cauliflower to bake sheet and back for 20-25 minutes. Flip cauliflower and back for another 20 mins.
Apply BBQ sauce to the cauliflower (saving some for once cooked as well). Back for another 10-15 mins or until crispy.
Toss the cauliflower and extra BBQ sauce in a bowl and serve.
Enjoy!! Serves about 2-3 people.
